We cannot accept returns and offer refunds for any decals for damage during installation. Any issue with your vinyl graphics PRIOR to installation, please contact us within 3 days. A photo will be requested for record-keeping purposes in order to process a replacement item.

  • For custom-made items, there would be a 25% restocking fee.

Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Delivery

Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service on your shipments. It’s true that while your order is in transit, situations come up that are slightly out of our control, but we will not charge you for these issues. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date (or quoted delivery date for expedited orders) if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.

 NOTE: Weather delays that impact transit times are not covered as part of our guarantee.
