Something wrong with your order? please let us know within 3 days of receiving your products, by email or live chat on MonkeyFeetGraphics.com.

We cannot accept returns and offer refunds for any decals for damage during installation. Any issue with your vinyl graphics PRIOR to installation, please contact us within 3 days. A photo will be requested for record-keeping purposes in order to process a replacement item.

• Sometimes tones of colors may change on the actual finished product.
• Custom-made items are not refundable.
• All floor decals are final sale.

For license plate frames, the return window is 14 calendar days after the order has been delivered. (Custom frames are not returnable).

Please contact us to start a return. We do not offer free returns, and in most cases, a re-stocking fee may apply. All items must be returned in the original, brand-new condition, without any signs of wear, including packaging and accessories.

 

  

Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Shipping

Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service on your shipments. It’s true that while your order is in transit, situations come up that are slightly out of our control,  please let us know within 3 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.

 NOTE: Weather delays that impact transit times are not covered as part of our guarantee.
