We cannot accept returns and offer refunds for any decals for damage during installation. Any issue with your vinyl graphics PRIOR to installation, please contact us within 3 days. A photo will be requested for record-keeping purposes in order to process a replacement item.

Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Shipping

Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service on your shipments. It’s true that while your order is in transit, situations come up that are slightly out of our control,  please let us know within 3 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.

 NOTE: Weather delays that impact transit times are not covered as part of our guarantee.
